  • Are you a realtor selling on commission or are you buying it outright? - We do not work on commission and we are not a realty. We buy land for improvement and eventual resale.

  • Why couldn't I just sell my land myself? - You are indeed selling it yourself... to us, while avoiding the long, arduous, fraught with stress and frustration process. Land is much too difficult to assess on your own, market it and then find the right buyer. Many buyers get cold feet (because they too often don't know how to evaluate land correctly) and back out. Some of our clients went through many attempts to sell over a period of years only to be stressed and frustrated without a result.

  • How do I know I am getting a fair price? - When it's time to replace your car with a newer one, vast majority of people trade it in to a dealer, knowing full well that if they tried to sell it themselves then would likely get 10-15% more for the car, however it would likely be a long frustrating process. They give up that last bit of money for the speed and convenience of just letting the dealer take it off their hands and do all the paperwork, avoiding a ton of stress. That is not dissimilar from you selling the land to us. Will you get a bit more money selling your land yourself? Maybe... But as stated, it's not going to be simple and fast.

  • Are you one of those "wholesalers"? - Wholesalers in real estate are those who arrange a simultaneous closing with you and their own new buyer - they don't take possession of the land themselves, rather quickly flipping it to someone else. It is an approach full of "underwater stones", which is why it is outright outlawed in many states. We wouldn't recommend it to you. We take full possession of the title upon purchase, like any legitimate buyer.

  • I owe some back taxes on the property. Is the deal still doable? - That's not an issue. We can work in the payoff of your taxes into the deal. Most importantly, you don't need to pay anything out of your pocket for the deal to happen.

  • Will you charge any fees to me? - No. All assessment and closing fees are on us.
